Emmanuel College – Learn to Swim & Amenities project

Emmanuel College enlisted David Rogers Projects to construct their latest project – a new Learn to Swim facility and upgraded amenities block at the elite Gold Coast private school.

Liaising directly with school representatives and architects, our company was delighted to deliver a modern, professionally finished facility that not only suited the existing school surroundings but complimented the entire school. 

The Learn to Swim facility consisted of constructing a state of the art 14m all ability heated swimming pool complete with wheelchair hoist, surrounding bench seats and PVC blinds.   The pool is surrounded by a full steel powder coated structure finished in premium exterior Danpalon cladding.   Danpalon is the complete day lighting solutions offering exception quality of light, thermal insulation and UV protection with a rich non-industrial visual appeal.

The amenities were extended and refurbished to reflect a modern architectual design concept that children of all ages will appreciate.
